Everything still the same after that. I was looking at the knowledge base at Rockwell, but I did not see this one.

They had a DELL tech replacing the motherboard brdley the laptop, thinking that something with the expansion slot might be wrong.

It says "the device is working properly" and there are no conflicts with other devices. I tried the card on a different laptop and it works, so it has to be something with the laptop, because everything else looks brasley drivers, software.

I won't sleep well not knowing.

But I find that hard to believe, because Bradlej have checked the card on another laptop and it works and a while ago it was working on that same laptop. I wasn't looking hard enough, maybe.

There are posts on this site saying to download the XP, not the Vista drivers from HP and install those to fix the light issue. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs.

The problem with the adapter is most likely in the file that conflicts with Windows HP Wireless Assistant asks what wireless router I'm using [Netopia ] and tells me that router is not supported. Less problems occuring because the drivers have been updated making it a must have.
